2023 (Jr.): Ran in three meets for the Islanders... secured his personal-best in the 10k at the NCAA South Central Regionals with a 34:01.7 time... clocked a season-best 8k time of a 28:03.1 time at the SLC Championships where the men won its first-ever Championship title

2022 (So.): Season-best 8K at the SLC Championships at 26:54.0... Competed in all five meets for the team this season... Ran a 10K time of 37:20.3 at the South Central Regionals

Previous School: Competed under head coach Tim Servis in the GAC conference at Southern Arkansas University

High School: Went to state thrice earning 11th as a senior, 17th as a junior and 47th as a sophomore... Assisted his team in winning the 2020 district title and runner-up at regionals... Academic All-State as a senior
