2024 (Fr.): Competed in six meets during his freshman campaign and was the Islanders' top finisher at all of them...Took home second place in the 5.2k in his first-ever collegiate race at the Rice Invitational, finishing with a time of 15:40.5...Followed this up with another second-place finish out of 150 in the 8k at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational after crossing the line in 23:39.3...Posted a season-best time of 23:06.4 in the 8k at the Arturo Barrios Invitational to come in 15th overall out of 368 competitors...Led the team to fourth place at the Southland Conference Championships, finishing in fourth place overall with a time of 24:47.37...Posted an eighth-place finish at the NCAA South Central Regional with a time of 29:38.2 in the 10k, helping him become just the fourth Islander ever to punch their ticket to the NCAA Championships...Finished in 153rd at the NCAA Championships with a time of 30:16.3.
