To provide opportunities for student-athletes to take on leadership roles and responsibilities as well as develop their own leadership style
The Islanders Student-Athlete Development Program has been created to enhance the quality of the student-athlete experience throughout their college careers. Each semester, a list of life skills programming will be made available to student-athletes. Students will be required to participate in a total of three programs each academic year.
