2022 (Senior - Indoor)
Joined the indoor team after playing two seasons for the beach volleyball team... saw action in 28 matches and 66 sets... tallied 44 kills on the year mainly at the right side... registered 27 blocks and 16 digs

2022 (Senior - Beach)
Carnes was named to the All-Conference First-Team on Flight Four… won SLC Pair of the Week on March 1 with Micaela Mirabal… the pair notched wins over UL-Monroe, Southeastern, New Orleans, HBU, UAB, Southern Miss, Tulane, Abilene Christian and Nicholls… tallied a 14-10 record on the season... earned a spot on the SLC All-Academic Team for her superior achievements both on the court and in the classroom... won the Female Iron Islander award at the Islanders Blue Carpet awards banquet for her hard-work in the weight room

2021 (Junior)
Completed seven matches at No. 5 and posted a 4-3 record... finished 3-2 with Demi McInnis and 1-1 with Migle Mazurkeviciute... teamed with McInnis to beat No. 20 Arizona State and Boise State... partnered with Mazurkeviciute to take down UL-Monroe
