2019 Outdoor (Freshman)
Finished 14th in the discus (131-10) and 14th in the shot put at the Southland Championships.

2019 Indoor (Freshman)
Placed 15th in the shot put (40-2.25) at the Southland Championships.

PRIOR TO TEXAS A&M-CORPUS CHRISTI (USATF CINCINNATI ALL-STARS)
Throwing under Jim Engle in 2017 and 2018... Qualified both years for USATF Nationals and placed 4th in Shot Put in July 2018.  

PRIOR TO TEXAS A&M-CORPUS CHRISTI (CINCINNATI HILLS CHRISTIAN ACADEMY/ LOVELAND HS)
Attended Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy her freshman and sophomore year, later transferring over to Loveland HS her final year of high school, graduating in three years while also receiving High Honors Honor Roll. Threw under Jamie Hamilton her Senior year, qualifying for District, Regional, and State in shot-put (2016-17) and earned 1st Team All-Conference.  During the prior two years at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, won 1st place in shot-put/discus in the Miami Valley Conference under Michael Coleman, while also qualifying for District and 1st Team All-Conference her freshman year (2014-15) came in 2nd place in shot-put and 3rd place in discus at the MVC Conference,... participated in tennis (2014-15), basketball (2014-16), softball (2014-16), and soccer (2014-16).

Full name is Kennedy Alexa Bontrager... daughter of Katie Bontrager... was born on June 10, 2000 in Columbus, OH... majoring in Graphic Design... dream job is being a graphic designer for Nike.
