2013 (FRESHMAN):
Started all 18 games for the Islanders on the back line … tallied two shots, placing one on goal … was assessed one yellow card on the year … tallied one shot in each of the final two games of the season, putting one on frame against Stephen F. Austin (11/1).
HIGH SCHOOL/PREP:
Played alongside Yvette Franco at Carroll under Eddie Dillon … one of four members of the inaugural Islanders class from the Coastal Bend … as a junior, helped lead the team to an 8-1-0 record in district competition … Carroll won its second straight district championship … was named first team all-district in 2012 … earned second team honors the year prior … played six years for Dynamo CB, including a 16-2-0 record in 2012 … team advanced to the finals of the 2012 Texas Cup … lettered twice in cross country and once in track … a member of the AB Honor Roll.

Daniela Gonzalez-Rendon was born on May 2, 1995, in Monterrey, Mexico … daughter of Adrian Gonzalez and Julia Veronica Rendon … has two siblings, Rodrigo Gonzalez and Cecilia Gonzalez Jones … Cecilia is a member of the Islanders cross country team … is undecided regarding her major at the Island University.
