2015 (JUNIOR):
A catalyst on offense, appeared in nine games with seven starts before injury sidelined her for the remainder of the season… tallied four points, nine shots with four on goal for a .556 shooting percentage… bagged a pair of goals on the campaign, both coming in a 2-2 tie against UTRGV on Sept. 6… tallied a season high three shots on goal against the Vaqueros… played a season-high 87 minutes against UTRGV.
2014 (SOPHOMORE):
Played and started all 16 games up top for the Islanders … led the team with five goals and 10 points on the season … totaled 27 goals, with 16 of those finding their way on frame … was named honorable mention on the All-Southland soccer teams … scored on a penalty against Southeastern La. (9/19) … totaled a season-high five shots against Central Arkansas (9/26) … scored a brilliant goal on a header at Incarnate Word (10/10) … netted the winner in the team’s 4-0 win over Lamar (10/12) … scored the tying goal in the team’s come-from-behind, 2-1 win over Abilene Christian (10/17) … scored the team’s only goal in a 2-1 loss to Houston Baptist (10/26).
2013 (FRESHMAN):
One of the top freshmen in the Southland … played and started all 18 games, mostly on the front line … scored eight goals and added three assists for 19 points on the season, all of which led the team … posted a team-best 34 shots, 18 on frame, on the year … started her career with a bang, scoring seven goals and an assist in the team’s first five games … scored a pair of goals in the game against Dallas Baptist (8/30) … scored the only goal in a 2-1 loss against Campbell (9/1) … potted both goals in the program’s first victory, a 2-1 win at UTSA (9/6) … added two more goals in a 4-2 loss to UNC Wilmington (9/13) … notched her eighth goal of the season against Nicholls (9/22) … notched assists in consecutive games against ORU (9/29) and McNeese (10/4) … assist against the Cowgirls set up Alyssa Miller’s OT game-winner.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB:
One of four Coastal Bend freshmen among the Islanders … played at Mary Carroll High School for Eddie Dillon … was a second team all-region selection in her junior campaign … named the team's offensive MVP as a sophomore … garnered all-tournament honors in each of her last two years for Carroll … played for Dynamo Coastal Bend in club action under Pedro Flores … helped the squad to the Houston Labor Day Tournament Championship in 2012 … a member of the AB Permanent Honor Roll and the Los Emperadores Spanish Honors Society.

Yvette Maribel Franco was born on Feb. 14, 1995, in Corpus Christi … daughter of Maria and Rigoberto Franco … has three siblings, Adrain Franco, Mayra Lopez and Cristobal Franco … is undecided regarding her major at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
