CAREER RESULTS

2015 Indoor and Outdoor Track: Set a personal best in the 2000 steeplechase with a time of 6:43.51 at the UTSA Texas Challenge. Recorded a first-place finish in the steeplechase at the Islanders Dash.

2014 Indoor and Outdoor Track: Finished 10th in the 3000 steeplechase at the Southland Conference Championships. Picked up a second-place finish in the islanders Dash in the 3000 steeplechase as he set a personal-best in the event. 

2013 Cross Country: Recorded a third-place finish in the 8-mile at the Rio Grande Valley Classic with a time of 38:29. Also finished with a season-best time at the Islanders Splash in the 8k (28:19.7).

2013 Indoor and Outdoor Track: Set personal bests in the 1500, 5000 and 10,000 steeplechase. Placed second in the Javelina Twilight Invitational in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 8:41.03.

2012 OUTDOOR TRACK (FRESHMAN): Did not compete.

2012 INDOOR TRACK (FRESHMAN): Finished second in the 3k with a time of 8:45.82 at the McNeese State Cowboy Indoor Meet (1/13) … qualified for the Southland Conference Championships in the 3k

2011 CROSS COUNTRY (FRESHMAN): Set a personal-best time of 26:15.9 in the men’s 8k at the Southland Conference Championships (10/31) … finished second in the 10k with a time of 31:44.4 at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (10/15) … ran in a total of seven events 

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran for Dider Conrad at Sportgymnasium Schwerin, in Schwerin, Germany … was the fastest U-20 in Germany in 2009 in the 5000-meter … started for Germany at the U-20 European Championships in the 5000-meter … placed third at the German Championships in the 3000-meter … also ran track.
