CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Athletic Department will host its annual Islanders Casino Night, presented by Mazda Corpus Christi, on Saturday Aug. 8th on the campus of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in the University Center.
The event serves as one of the department's signature fundraising initiatives, bringing together Islanders supporters, alumni, community members and local businesses for an evening of entertainment with a purpose. Proceeds raised directly support student-athlete scholarships, helping provide the resources necessary for Islanders student-athletes to excel academically and athletically while enjoying a first-class Division I experience.
Casino Night will feature many of your favorites including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Texas Hold-Em, Let it Ride, 3-Card Poker and more. There will be a dinner buffet and cash bar to enjoy along with the much-anticipated silent, bid board, and live auctions. On top of this, there will be an opportunity to interact with Islanders coaching staff. Gambling games will be for entertainment purposes only, with the high chip count winner recognized at the end of the event.
