FRISCO, Texas – The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi beach volleyball team saw a pair honored on the 2025 Southland Conference All-Academic team, as
Madison Morrow and
Bryce Ranney were selected as honorees for their academic success.
Morrow was part of the 2025 SLC Pair of the Year and an All-Conference First Team honoree after going undefeated in league play at the top court. On the year, she was 23-10 overall playing all her matches from the No. 1 spot. Additionally, she hoists a 3.75 GPA in her sports management degree.
Ranney, an All-Conference First Team selection, went undefeated in conference play and posted a 21-10 overall record on the year mainly from the No. 5 line. In her biomedical sciences program, she has also maintained a 3.86 cumulative GPA.
The Islanders averaged a 3.62 GPA as a team, with both Morrow and Ranney turning in individual GPAs above that average.
