CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The 2024 Islanders Splash Meet, hosted by the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi cross country and track & field program and presented by AEP Texas, has been postponed from Sept. 14 to Sept. 28 due to weather.
Islanders Splash is an annual high school cross country meet hosted at the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islanders Cross Country Course on the grounds of the Dr. Jack Dugan Soccer & Track Stadium.
Previously set for Sept. 14, this year's meet has been pushed back to Sept. 28 due to saturation of the course from rain and continued expected weather in the area.
