LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi golf team closed out the midweek competition at Texas Tech as sophomore

Tristan Gabbard finished out round three of the Red Raider Invitational Wednesday.
Gibbs posted her best round of the two-day tournament, shooting a 75 on the final day. It included back-to-back birdie finishes on the front nine to help end with a 54-hole card of a 228. Gabbard matched her first-round score of a 77 on the day to end with a 232 total tournament score.
Due to injury, the team did not post a score on the tournament.
Next up on the fall calendar, the Islanders will compete in Arkansas State's Red Wolves Classic on Oct. 14-15 at the Sage Meadows Country Club.
