CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Coming off its first victory of the season under first-year head coach
Daniel Clitnovici, the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi soccer team will ride that high into its final game of a four-game homestand Thursday night against Abilene Christian at the Dr. Jack Dugan Family Soccer and Track & Field Stadium.
The Islanders (1-0-2) are off to their best start in program history, as 2024 is the first season where they haven't garnered a loss within the first three games played. They will look to extend that success Thursday when they face off with Abilene Christian at 7 p.m., their fourth straight home game, before taking it on the road Sept. 5 at UTEP.
