BEAUMONT, Texas – Off to its best start to conference play in program history, the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi soccer team will look to extend its success back on the road for a difficult weekend at Lamar Friday and SFA Sunday.
The Islanders (5-2-4, 2-0-1 SLC) are getting into the middle of their longest road trip of the season, with the three-game away streak wrapping up this weekend at Lamar (3-6-3, 1-2-1 SLC) and SFA (6-2-2, 3-1 SLC). A&M-Corpus Christi began the road swing at Texas A&M-Commerce last weekend and came away with the 2-1 victory to be the last league member to remain undefeated in conference play.
Both games will be available to watch live on ESPN+.
