CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Southland Conference released its Spring 2022 Commissioner's Honor Roll and it included 139 student-athletes from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
Every spring sport at A&M-Corpus Christi was represented. The Islanders were recognized with 24 student-athletes from baseball, 21 softball, 17 beach volleyball, 15 women's track & field, 14 men's track & field, 12 men's basketball, 11 women's basketball, 9 women's golf, 8 men's tennis and 8 women's tennis.
Additionally, 34 student-athletes recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA in the spring. The requirement for Commissioner's Honor Roll was at least a 3.0 grade point average.
