HUNTSVILLE, Texas - Due to impending weather in the area, the midweek doubleheader on Tuesday between the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi softball team and Sam Houston has been canceled.
The matchup between the Islanders (19-23, 7-5) and the Bearkats (11-36,4-14) was originally scheduled to be played back in February, but was postponed due to inclement weather. This time, the games were scheduled for Tuesday at Bearkat Softball Complex but were again canceled by weather and will not be rescheduled.Â
The Islanders will remain home to host Southeastern in a three-game conference series this weekend. A doubleheader will be played on Friday while the final game is set for 12 p.m. on Saturday. The first two games will be streamed on ESPN+.
