- The Islanders scored two in the first, one in the third, one in the fourth, one in the fifth and five in the sixth. A&M-Corpus Christi had 10 runs on 14 hits.
- Central Arkansas had five runs on 10 hits, scoring one in the first, one in the second, one in the third and two in the fifth.
- Moss reached on a bunt single to start the game and came around to score on a
Whitney Wendel RBI single.
Kennedy Johnson would single in Wendel in the next at bat to give the Islanders an early 2-0 lead.
- In the third, Moss came around to score on a Thomas double to center.
- Sgambelluri's lead off single in the fourth led to a run as
Skye Koehl hit an infield single with two down to put A&M-Corpus Christi up, 4-3.

Kandace Johnson got the win, throwing 5.0 innings of relief. She allowed just one earned run on five hits. She struck out two and walked two.
- Burke went 1-for-3 with a double and a run scored. She also reached on a walk.
- Moss was 1-for-4 in the second contest with two runs scored. She drove in a run, reached on a walk and stole a base.
- Vela was 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored.
- Sgambelluri was 1-for-4 with a run scored and a stolen base.
