Soccer clinches conference tournament berth with win over Northwestern State

- The Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi soccer team clinched a berth in the Southland Conference Tournament with a 1-0 win over Northwestern State on Friday night in Natchitoches, La. 
- Texas A&M-Corpus Christi improves to 8-5-1 overall and 5-1-1 in conference play. Northwestern falls to 7-7-1 and 4-2-1 in the Southland.
