GI: What does it mean to be a part of the Islanders women's basketball family?
DB: I think it means something special to me. Where I get to actually come in and help build a program. So I'm excited about that.
GI: What are you most looking forward to this season?
DB: Winning
GI: What is one word to describe yourself?
DB: Special
GI: Growing up who was your sports idol?
DB: Roger Staubach
GI: Favorite arena/place to coach in?
DB: HemisFair Arena
GI: What is your favorite quote?
DB: "Get it done."
GI: What is your favorite sport to watch other than basketball?
DB: There's another sport besides basketball? (laughs) … football.
GI: Biggest sports icon or celebrity you have ever met?
DB: Magic Johnson and George Gervin
GI: Favorite place to eat on the road while recruiting?
DB: McDonalds
GI: What is one random fact about you that most people don't know?
DB: I'm ex-military.
