2012 OUTDOOR TRACK (JUNIOR): Recorded five top 10 records during the season … qualified for the Southland Conference Championships with a time of 3:49.03 at the Texas Relays (3/12) in the men’s 1500m … clocked a time of 3:46.79 at the Southland Conference Championships (5/12) in the men’s 1500m … finished the 3k at the Texas Invitational (4/12) with a time of 8:34.90, the third highest in school history … qualified for the Southland Conference Championships with a time of 14:10.91 in the 5k at the Mount SAC Relays (4/20) … led the Distance Medley Relay to a school record time of 9:52.89 at the Texas Relays (3/31) ... named the Islanders Men's Outdoor Track MVP.

2012 INDOOR TRACK (JUNIOR): Competed in the Southland Conference Championships (2/24) in the 3k and finished seventh with a time of 8:38.25 … also teamed up in the DMR to post a time of 10:26.75.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY (JUNIOR): Advanced to the NCAA Championships (9/21) for the second straight year after finishing in seventh place in the 10k race at the South Central Regional Championships finishing with a time of 30:55.9 … placed 82nd out of 255 runners at the NCAA Championships (9/21) with a time of 30:39.4 in the 10k race … named 2011 Southland Male Athlete of the Year for the second straight year after winning the men’s 8k race at Southland Conference Championships (10/31) joining former Islander and current assistant coach Shadrack Songok as the only conference runners to win the Southland cross country 8k event and be named Athlete of the Year in two consecutive years … he clocked a time of 24:50.6 to help his team to a third-place finish …  earned All-Conference honors after finishing in the top 10 at the Southland Conference Championships ... named Southland Conference Athlete of the Week during the week of Sept. 20 ... earned the Islanders Men's Cross Country MVP.

2011 OUTDOOR TRACK (SOPHOMORE): Posted three first-place finishes in the 1500 meter run … at the Border Olympics (3/5) with a time of 4:01.12, Bobcat Invitational (4/30) with a time of 3:44.87 and at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships (5/13) with a time of 3.56.87 … took first in the 800 meter run at the Cactus Classic (3/19) with a time of 1:56.47 and at the Border Olympics (3/5) in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:56.11 … placed fourth at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/14) in the 5000 meter run with a finish of 14:09.71 … placed sixth at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships (5/13) in the 5000 meter run with a time of 15:04.64 … posted a 29th place finish at the Victor Lopez Classic (3/25) in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:32.20 … placed 33rd at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds (5/26) in the 5000 meter run with a time of 15:04.64 … at the Texas Relays (4/7) teamed up in the 4X1500 meter relay to finish with a time of 16.18.18 and place second in the Islanders men’s top 10.

2011 INDOOR TRACK (SOPHOMORE): Finished the 3000m with a time of 8:37.14 at the McNeese Cowboy Indoor Meet (1/14) …  garnered several third-place finishes during the season … broke into the indoor men’s top 10 at the Southland Conference Indoor NCAA Championships (2/25) in the 3000m with a time of 8:27.58, good for second in the Islanders books … at the Championships teamed up in the distance medley relay to post a time of 10.22.79 to place seventh place in the Islanders men’s top 10 … at the Houston Open (2/5) in the one mile with a time of 4:18.34 … recorded a time of 4.18.34 in the 1600-meter run at the Howie Ryan All-Comers Meet (2/5) marking a second-place time in the Islanders indoor men’s top 10. 

2010 CROSS COUNTRY (SOPHOMORE): Became the third Islanders runner in program history to qualify for the NCAA Championships (11/22) finishing 104th with a time of 31:13.2 ... finished seventh at the NCAA South Central Regional (11/13) with a time of 30:27.8 ... named 2010 Southland Conference Male Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... third runner in program history to finish as the top overall finisher at the Southland Conference Championships (10/28) with a time of 24:47.0 ... finished 26th at the Chile Pepper Invitational (10/16) with a time of 30:18.16 ... posted a first-place finish at the Islanders Splash (9/24) with a time of 25:26 ... finished second overall finish at the Ricardo Romo/Six Flags Fiesta Texas Classic (9/17) with a time of 14:52.1 ... ran in all seven meets during the season.

2010 OUTDOOR TRACK (FRESHMAN): Competed in six meets during the outdoor season ... ran the 5000m, 3000m and 1500m ... finished second at the Cactus Cup (3/20) in the 1500m with a time of 4:06.02 and third in the same event at the Trinity Uni. Alumni Classic (4/10) with a time of 4:00.84 ... qualified for the Southland Conference outdoor championships (5/14) in the 5000m.
