Waco - The No. 66 Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men's tennis team will be competing a day later than expected this weekend as their match against No. 38 TCU has been moved from Saturday to an 11 AM start on Sunday morning. The match is part of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Indoor National Tournament.

The Islanders are the No. 3 seed in the four-team regional being held on the Baylor Bears campus. The host team is the No. 1 seed, TCU is No. 2, TAMUCC is No. 3 and Iowa is the No. 4 seed in the regional. The second match of the day will pit the Bears against the Hawkeyes in a 3 PM contest.

The winners of each match will face each other on Monday at 3 PM for the right to advance to the national finals on the campus of Ohio State. A consolation match is scheduled for noon on Monday between the losers of the Sunday matches.

The ITA Indoor Nationals is a prestigious tournament that includes the top 64 teams in the nation coming into the season. The teams compete in 16 four-team regionals for the right to be one of the final 16 teams at Ohio State.
