Dan Sciantarelli is a senior on the Texas A&M - Corpus Christi baseball team. He's in his second year playing with the Islanders. As a junior newcomer to the Islanders, Sciantarelli appeared in 16 games with nine starts before encountering an injury ending his first season with the Islanders. He has recovered from his injury and is ready to take on the 2012 season. He is native of Northcentral Junior College where he played two seasons. He ended his second season with Northcentral averaging .352 batting average with 34 RBI. Prior to his college career Sciantarelli played for Ray High school were he was named District MVP, First Team All Metro and First Team All-South Texas.

A: I like to get to the field a couple hours prior to the game to get in the mind set and hangout.
